The chicken church

A very funny likeness has been made of a Floridian Church, when a photographer noticed that from a certain angle, it resembled a chicken!

Reactions from the congregation are varied. Some people are offended by the "disrespecting of the Lord's building", others find the good-natured teasing to be just that. Some have even said that the church should use the publicity to its advantage, selling T-shirts and other "Chicken Church" paraphernalia to raise funds.

Via The Huffington post, "The "Chicken Church" , also known as Church by the Sea in Madeira Beach and not to be confused with Church's Chicken , went viral when a photographer noticed that, from just the right angle, the structure's round windows look like eyes and its roofing tiles resemble wings and a beak. Tourists, reportedly by the hundreds, now line up to take pictures of the visage."

Some comments include: "My late husband and I were married in that church, as was my son many years later. It's truly a beautiful church inside and out, but I must admit that, from this angle at least, it does resemble a chicken. Just wish I'd noticed it before my husband died... it would have given him quite a laugh."

Bird arrested under suspicion of being a spy

An Egyptian man performed a citizen‘s arrest on the bird suspected to be a spy.

The Standard Digital reports the suspected 'winged infiltrator' was taken to the police station in Qena, after being captured.
The man grew paranoid when he spotted a small metal device attached to the bird, and felt it was his duty to detain it.
After inspection, the device turned out to be a wildlife tracking device, writes The Guardian.
Egypt has been plagued with violence and threats, along with the increasing fears of foreign spies and forces, which lead to the suspicions.
This is not the first time a bird was suspected of being a spy.
The Standard Digital reports a kestrel was detained in Turkey in July, after it was suspected of being an Israeli spy.

How important is penis size?

Authors from the Australian National University, Monash and La Trobe provide the most complete answer yet: the size of a flaccid penis can significantly affect how attractive a man's body is to women.
Writing in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (a journal commonly known by its initials as PNAS), Brian Mautz, Bob Wong, Richard Peters and Michael Jennions use a clever experimental manipulation of computer-generated imagery -- CGI -- to test the effects of variation in penis size relative to height and torso shape (shoulder width relative to waist width) on the attractiveness of male bodies to women.

While they found that torso shape was by far the most important determinant of attractiveness, penis size has about as

How To Know If He Loves You- Do Actions Speak Louder Than Words?

A reader wonders when—if ever—her boyfriend will finally break the "I love you" sound barrier.

A reader wonders when—if ever—her boyfriend will finally break the "I love you" sound barrier.
"I've been with my boyfriend for 6 months. We spend a lot of time together (we see each other every night, at least) and regularly have deep talks about our lives," the reader writes in. "However, he still he hasn't said that he loves me and I'm starting to wonder. He's never introduced me to his family (who live out-of-state), but he's introduced me to all of his close friends as his girlfriend. He does show affection for me in different ways, but I can't tell if it's love or he's just a nice guy and knows how to treat a lady. How can I tell if a guy loves me? How do men show their love?"

5 Things To Know About Paul Walker's GF Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell

Paul Walker was in love with . Get to know the girl behind the headlines.
The untimely passing of Paul Walker at age 40 in a car crash this past weekend sent the world reeling. The low-key actor kept his private life private, and now his longtime girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, 23, has been thrust into the spotlight in the worst possible way. Here's what we know about the heartbroken beauty.

She's young. Very young.
When Walker was 33, he met Pilchard-Gosnell ... who was 16 at the time. But like Aaliyah and R. Kelly, Pilchard-Gosnell and Walker thought age ain't nothin' but a number—and he said his longtime love was the one.

Pilchard-Gosnell is a smart girl.
While she could have ridden Walker's coattails for fame and quick cash after sparking a romance with him when she was just 16, Pilchard-Gosnell instead opted to enroll in college in her hometown of Santa Barbara, maintaining her own independence and interests.

She's close with Walker's daughter, Meadow.
Pilchard-Gosnell reportedly took on a stepmother role to Walker's little girl, even though they only had an eight year age difference between them—and she reportedly broke the news of Walker's death to the teen. Walker's close friend, Jim Torp, said Pilchard-Gosnell collapsed upon hearing the news, but pulled herself together to help Meadow. "I believe she is the one who told Meadow about what happened, and when she found out she was hysterical and crying," Torp said. "It was just so sad. I tried to do everything I could to help them. Paul's girlfriend then took Meadow and drove her home. I don't know if they drove to crash site. I just know they were in so much anguish."

She was just Walker's type.
Pilchard-Gosnell was hardly ever spotted with makeup on, which is the kind of girl Walker says he loves. The actor once said, "I like low maintenance, natural, outdoor, shy girls." Considering their frequent trips to the beach and hikes, Walker and Pilchard-Gosnell were a perfect match!

She's relying on family to get her past Walker's passing.
"Paul was a really good guy and Jasmine is broken up by this," Pilchard-Gosnell's uncle revealed. "I went to Thanksgiving with him, played golf with him. They had their ups and downs but they were together and looking to spend a bright future together ... This is horrible news and unexpected. Her mother is with her and she is comforting her."

Our thoughts remain with Pilchard-Gosnell and Walker's loved ones during this tragic, unimaginably difficult time. Click here to donate to Paul Walker's charity, Reach Out Worldwide. http://www.yourtango.com

"Death is inevitable. When a man has done what he considered to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace. I think I have made that effort, that's why I slept- Nelson Mandela

Nelson Mandela, whose victory against apartheid united his native South Africa and changed the course of modern history, has died following a long illness.
The Nobel Peace laureate, who spent nearly three decades as a political prisoner before going on to lead his country, passed away at his Johannesburg home surrounded by his family.
South African President Jacob Zuma said "the nation has lost its greatest son", adding "he is now resting. He is now at peace".
Mr Mandela, who was 95, will get a state funeral and

RUNNING The Family After The HONEYMOON...

"Sisters, if you refuse to submit to your husband, you're missing out on the beauty of your very protection. It's important that when you're walking down the aisle, you believe in your husband & are ready to submit to him as he submits to The Lord. If you're not ready for that protection, you're not ready to get married. Submission doesn't mean that your husband runs all over you. Its totally opposite. You two can talk about everything but at the end of the day, God holds him responsible for the decisions in the house. Even if you don't totally understand his leadership SUBMIT & God will show you why and open crazy doors. If you constantly shut your husband down you will never find out why... where or when AND it wrecks your mans confidence. Pray earnestly that God leads your hubby through Jesus Christ. Submission is beautiful, if only we would stop running from it" -Heather Lindsey

SHOCKING: Man Takes Photos Of His Mother Having S*X With Different Men And Exposes The Pictures (PHOTOS)

Leigh Ledare photographed his mother having s*x.
Not for his own enjoyment, but as part of a new photography
exhibition at The Photographers’ Gallery in London. According to the Guardian, the photos taken by the New York-based Ledare will be included in a group show entitled “Home Truths: Photography, Motherhood and Identity.”
The photographs feature Ledare’s mother, Tina, having s*x with various younger men and posing in sexually explicit positions. Even the titles of some of the photographs aren’t for the faint of heart: “Mom Spread with Lamp” and “Mom F****g in Mirror,” among others.

As the Guardian points out, the photographs were previously included in Ledare’s 2008 book, “Pretend You’re Actually Alive.”
Ledare, 36, decided to start photographing his mother when he arrived at her house for Christmas one year, the Guardian reported. “I arrived home not having seen her for a year and a half,” Ledare said. “She knew I was coming and opened the door unclad.”
As Ledare walked past the bedroom, he noticed “a young man, almost exactly my age, was sprawled out unclad. He rolled over to

Your Man Will Come

Her mum called me and told me to talk my sister. I asked why. The mum said she wanted to kill herself because at 37, she has not got a man in her life. I called her and she said same. I said to her, you are 37 and complaining that you have not got a man, but I can show you a woman of 50 who has never dated, but still full of hope and I can still show you a 61 year old mother of her first child. Your case is not worse than others and as long as one lives, there is still hope, but walk along the way of that hope. Killing yourself does not bring the world to an end, but will just create a mess for us that you are leaving behind. She reasoned with me.

Imperfect Relationships

A real relationship must have simple fights, trust, faith, tears, and genuine laughter. Jealousy, Communication, patience, weird/stupid unnecessary arguments; no secrets, unselfish love and most importantly there must be forgiveness on both sides.

No one is perfect on earth, we all make mistakes in our relationships but the best solution is to accept your mistakes and say SORRY to your loved one. It’s a simple 5 letter word but means a lot. Many of us find it so hard to use it, but it only eases the tension between lovers. Say it and meant it.

If you get to think of moving on because you’re

Costumes from the original 'Sound of Music' to go up for auction

Talk about a revival. Not only is Carrie Underwood taking over the role of Maria in NBC’s The Sound of Music Live! (Dec. 5 at 8 pm), but costumes from the 1965 film — based on the original Broadway musical by Lindsay and Crouse — are hitting the auction block.
On December 21, Profiles in History will sell fourteen costumes from the Oscar-winning movie musical to the highest bidder, a lot that’s estimated to be worth $150,000-$250,000. An auction of Sound of Music costumes held last summer brought in over $1.5 million.
Among the items up for grabs this time are garments worn by the Von Trapp children and the jacket and pants worn by Captain Von Trapp (Christopher Plummer) when the family performs the songs “Edelweiss” and “So Long, Farewell,” at the concert that sets off the film’s final sequence.

The lot was pulled from the Western Costume Company’s 6000-piece “Star Collection,” marking the first time costumes from archive have been sold in over 25 years. A release about the upcoming Sound of Music auction hints that other costumes from the archive — which includes Vivian Leigh’s “Shantytown” dress from Gone with the Wind and Rudolph Valentino’s robes from the 1926 silent film Son of the Sheik — will soon hit the block.
